AtriumReel ("we", "us") makes video tours of properties from listing photos. This policy explains how we handle personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your name, email address, phone number, the link to your listing, any message you send us, and the property photos you send for your video. We collect it when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or use the request form on this website.
To reply to you, prepare quotations and invoices, make your video, deliver it, and keep the records the law requires. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your request.
We do not sell your information. We use service providers to do our work, such as video and image tools, messaging apps (like WhatsApp) and email. Photos you send may be processed by those tools to create your video.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep it for as long as we need it to serve you, and keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your photos and details once your job is complete.
This website does not currently use cookies or analytics. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at atriumreel@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

AtriumReel makes video tours from the real photos of a property that you send us, with captions and a description. We do not add rooms, features or finishes, and we do not change a property's layout, size or condition.
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). A written quotation is valid for 14 days. The price on an accepted quotation is the price you pay.
We send an invoice with our banking details. Payment is by EFT. We release the final files once your payment is confirmed. Please send proof of payment so we can confirm it quickly.
Delivery takes 48 hours for the Listing Package and monthly plan, and 72 hours for a Single Tour. The time is counted from when we have your photos, the details we need and, where applicable, your payment. Delivery times are our aim and may be longer if photos are missing or unclear.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you send us and to have them turned into a video. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing information.
You see a preview before the final files are released. If anything does not match the property, we correct it at no extra cost. One round of small changes, such as music or captions, is included. Further changes may be charged.
Every video carries a disclosure line stating that it was made from the property's actual listing photos. You agree not to remove the disclosure line, and not to use the video to misrepresent a property.
Once you have paid, the finished video is yours to post anywhere. We only show your video in our own portfolio or social pages with your permission.
The FREE sample tour is a one-time offer for each client, for one of your listings. It is made from your photos, and is yours to post.
If you cancel before we start work, we refund what you have paid. Once work has started, the part of the price for work already done is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what we quoted, we will refund the part we could not deliver.
We take care to make every video accurate and professional. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not responsible for decisions you or buyers make based on a video, or for rules set by your agency or property portal.
